Q: What is the mailing list used for?
We use it to send out emails about announcements and promotions. We will never sell your data to other companies. It is 100% of our use only. For example, Subscribers to our mailing list may get advance notice on new exclusives we have in the works before we release the information to the public.
Q. How Does the Sprout Contribution Work?
We have an API setup to automatically calculate and donate the contribution from every sale and the time of your order. It is completely Hands free and the Counter on our home page is in real-time. You should be able to refresh the home page after an order and see the counter increase. Thank you for helping us with this!
Q. How Do Pre-Orders Work?
You are charged at the time of the pre-order. This reserves a copy of the item for you. If you wish to cancel you have until the FOC Date that is listed on the item to cancel and receive a full refund. After that time it will be too late to cancel your order. Please Note: We use these Pre-Orders to gauge public interest for inventory levels and print run counts on our Exclusives. Please Provide an email address at check out to allow us to communicate and delays due to the printers delays or publisher changes as soon as possible.

Q. How are orders Packaged?
Raw Comics
They will come bagged and boarded at no extra charge.
Issues will be shipped in Gemini Mailers. Comics will be stacked in reversed order, with 2 extra Backing boards used as outer protection of the stack. Secured together with painter’s tape, which provides enough adhesive to hold things together but not enough to be a pain to remove. Finally, Bubble wrap is placed around the stack and taped to protect the corners. The final protected stack will be placed in the mailer and taped to it to prevent sliding during transport. Lastly, a poly mailer will be used to protect against the elements.
For bigger orders, the same rules apply minus the poly mailer. As multiple Geminis will be placed into a bigger outer box and filled will packing peanuts for extra protection.
