Premise

Tommy Holmes is teen mayor of Midville for a day, and his teen government gets off to a good start. Unfortunately, a superpowered menace believed to be Tommy's father is rampaging through town. It's up to the Teen Titans to save Midville and clear Brian Holmes' name.
